Professional Nail Technology
This program has been approved by the registrar of the Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB) of the Ministry of Advanced Education, Skills & Training.
PROGRAM/COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The professional Nail Technology Course is a 400 hours course of theory and practical training and each student receives personal instruction by a qualified instructor.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES: The program objective is to create professional nail technician who possess professional knowledge of Nail Technology and deeper knowledge of Diseases and disorders of the skin and nails. Demonstrate the application of Manicure, Pedicure, Gel Nail and Acrylic Nail.
Career Opportunities:
(1) Professional Nail Technician
(2) Sales Representative of nail products
(3) Nail Instructor
Admission Requirements:
(1) Must be a high school graduate OR mature student who reached the age of 19 years or older.
(2) Proof of English skills for ESL applicants – pass an internal English proficiency test including writing and oral assessment. The passing grade is 50%.
(3) Submission of Doctor’s note to prove good health and normal hand and eye condition.
PROGRAM DURATION: 400 hours (Tuesday to Friday, Morning Class/ Afternoon Class/ Evening Class)
TERMS AND GRADING:
New term of Classes is open monthly.
